Monday 10/1
Warm up: 5-10 min of DU and Handstand practice.
- 3 rounds: 10 air squat (hold in bottom position) 5 inchworms, 5-10 pull ups (strict if you can)

Skill: 5 sets - soccer field shuttle run; rest 1 minute between

WOD: 10 min AMRAP
10 Hand release push ups
15 DU's
20 Lunges
