*5 rounds of 3 reps at each movement. Should be unbroken rounds.
- Single leg box jumps
*5 rounds of 5 reps on each leg. Step down from box.

Front Squat - 5x5
Handstand push up - 5 x 5 (or max effort
WOD:
31 Sit ups
31 sandbag walking lunges
31 ball slams
31 KB snatches
31 burpee broad jumps
