- Standard, 1 arm, Side, Side w/leg lift, Glute bridge
- Lunge with reach, Drop lunges

Skill: Lateral shuffle w/drop step
- 4 x 25 yds
Then...
- Smart speed 10 yd sprint (10 attempts)

WOD:
2 rounds
Bear crawl 25 yds
Crab walk 25 yds

Cash Out: 50 yds walking lunges
