Warm up
- Smart Speed
- Joint mobility
- Movement Prep

Skill
3 sets: 10 strict dips or ME
3 sets: 5 strict T2B + 5 kipping T2B. (Scale as needed).
3 sets: 5 pistols each leg (scale on box, or add KB in hands to make more difficult).

WOD - Teams of 2
For Time:
Run 1/2 mile (around school)
50 KB swings
50 yd DB Farmer carry
50 KB swings
