Warm up
- Down and back drills

Skill
- Tennis ball reactive drills
(Catching, fielding ground balls, juggling against wall)

WOD
3 rounds
1 minute at each station
- Super planks
- Air squats
- DU's
- 10 yard shuttle run
- Hand release push ups
*Rest 1 minute between rounds.
