- High knees, buttkickers,
Samson, inchworms, etc.
Skill/Strength
Handstand and Pistol practice
- 5- 10 sets of each movement. Work on reaching correct depth on pistols and stability in core for the handstands.
WOD
For time:
Bear crawl
Burpee broad jump
*Length of the soccer field and back for the bear crawl. Half of the field and back for the burpee broad jump.
