Warm up:
- Plank drills (standard, 1 arm, side plank, side w/leg lift, glute bridge)
- Drop lunge, backward lunge with side reach
Skill:
- Lateral bounding, continuous lateral bounding
- Lateral shuffle, crossover and sprint (10 x 25 yds)
WOD:
In teams of 2
Partner A runs 200 m
Partner B AMRAP air squats (Rd 1). sit ups (Rd 2). hand release push ups (Rd 3).
*Each member performs each movement one time and then switches. Total of 6 runs between the two partners.
